Prices, booking and practical information

How much does a visit cost?

One flat fee: €120 per visit, including the relevant exam (nasal or laryngeal endoscopy, earwax removal or hearing test). You receive a medical invoice you can submit to your travel or health insurance for reimbursement.

How do I book?

Online only, using the calendar on this page: choose the visit, the day and the time. You will receive a confirmation by email. Walk-ins and phone bookings are not accepted.

Do I need a referral?

No. This is a private consultation and no referral is needed.

What should I bring?

An ID document, any previous reports or test results, and a list of the medicines you take. If you are travelling, bring your travel or health insurance details as well.

Which languages do you speak?

Consultations are available in English, Italian, French, Spanish and Hebrew.

Where is the Rome practice?

Via Conte Verde 16, a short walk from Piazza Vittorio (Metro A, Vittorio Emanuele stop) and Roma Termini station. Rome consultations take place on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I need to cancel or reschedule. What should I do?

Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email, so the slot becomes available to other patients.

I can't find a free slot and it's urgent.

The calendar shows all availability in real time. For an emergency that cannot wait, go to the nearest hospital emergency department (Pronto Soccorso) or call 112.

Can I be seen in Milan?

Yes: on Wednesdays at Centro Medico Santagostino and on Thursdays and Fridays at Centro Medico FirstMed. Milan appointments are booked directly with each centre.
